How Can I Reach Out About My Order ?

How can I customise an order ?
Customise any order by size length, color. To customise any other special requirements will be charged extra based on design. Just fill out Form Below in the given link and submit the details for customisation of your garment.
Need any special requirements simply emailing us or message through Instagram/whatsapp with your personal measurements and requirements and your order number before adding to cart.
Can I cancel or modify my order ?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Is There A Delay In Processing For Custom Size ?
We take pride in handcrafting each piece to perfection. The time it takes for both standard and custom pices to be delivered is approximately the same, with a range of 10-20 days from the date of purchase. This delivery timeline may vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Is there additional price to paid for specific customisation ?
Yes to customise any other special requirements will be charged extra based on design. Once the details are confirmed with our designer you can just fill out form below in the given link and submit the details for customisation of your garment.
Return / Exchange
How Do I Exchange Item ?
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn. Once we have received and checked the quality of your return piece, we will ship the replacement piece within 7-15 days to you because of handcrafted garments. If order is from couture collections we ship replacement piece within 15-30days. The Exchanges applies to any item despatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
Can We Exchange Or Return Custom Item ?
Due to the nature of custom-made dresses, we do not accept returns or exchange.If you have customised your order by length/size, it is only eligible for alterations.We will work with you to ensure that your dress fits properly and meets your expectations, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the dress has been made.
What is your Return Policy?
We don’t offer any Returns or Refund to any products. If wrong product or damaged product has been received, kindly contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the products. Your message should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. We will send you replacement of same product within 7-25 days. Shipping Charges are taken care by us.
Do I have to pay an exchange fee ?
Shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back only if it is damaged/wrong product sent by us will cover the shipping costs, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and ask for Tracking ID so u can follow up. The replacement piece shipping charges is taken care by us only within India.
How Do I Contact To Any Alterations/Return or Exchange An Item ?
Please contact us go to My Account go to order section click on message on the garment which u want to Exchange/ Returns/ Alterations. There is a shipping fee associated with each exchange or alterations.

What is the dispatch timeline of my order?
Kindly be informed that each piece is crafted to order, thus it typically takes 10-20 days for delivery.
Couture collections estimated time 15-42 days business days from of day of confirmations.after your purchase, inclusive of production time, delivery, handling, and any other necessary processing procedures.
However, during high-volume sales events, there may be a delay in the delivery timeline.
Do You Ship Internationally ?
We ship all over the world, However for international deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs.25,000/- and on orders below Rs.25,000/- we charge a Rs.3,500 for shipping.
Is There Import Taxes And Duties Including In The Price ?
It is important to note that all orders may incur customs duties, which are dependent on the recipient’s country of residence. These fees are not covered by us and will be collected upon the arrival of your order in customs. In order for your package to be released, it is necessary to pay any applicable customs duties.

All major credit/debit cards, UPI and other forms of payments are accepted via Razorpay Secure for orders within India.
For International Orders All major credit/debit cards, payments are accepted via PayPal Secure for orders within worldwide.
Is There Cash On Delivery
Yes, there is cash on delivery option only in India, for specific category products only.
